Make a warm introduction

You introduce us via email or a short three-way call. We take it from there, keeping you in the loop at the level you prefer, and recommending the smallest tier or engagement that genuinely fits (club membership, Growth Leadership, advisory, bootcamp or board briefing).

We help them, you get paid

If they engage in a qualifying service, you receive a referral fee once payment clears – and your relationship with them becomes even stronger because you helped solve a problem they’ve been carrying for a while.

Standard referral structure

For guidance, our typical referral fees look like this:

  • Executive IT Strategy Club memberships (Essentials, Growth, Advisory, Counsel): referral fee on the first 12 months of membership.
  • Bootcamps, CEO/BOD programs & cost optimization audits: referral fee on the initial engagement fee.
  • Custom executive advisory or board-level work: referral fee agreed per engagement.

Exact percentages are confirmed in writing before any introductions. We keep the structure simple, fair and transparent, with no surprises for you or your clients.

What we ask from partners
  • Only introduce clients where you genuinely believe we’re a good fit.
  • Position us accurately – as an independent IT strategy ally and Executive IT Strategy Club provider, not a helpdesk or MSP.
  • Be transparent with clients that you may receive a referral fee for the introduction.
