Corporate Website-as-a-Service

Full details, process and FAQ.

This page explains exactly what is included, how the design previews work, what counts as a change, and where there are clear limits, so the project stays straightforward and painless for both of us.

“We were quoted $22k and 4–6 months by a traditional agency. You delivered a sharper site in 12 days and it costs us less per year. Best money we spend every month.”

How this compares to a traditional agency

Questionnaire and design preview process

Once you are ready to move ahead, we follow a simple, structured process so there are no surprises.

1. Questionnaire

We send a short, practical questionnaire covering brand assets, messaging and page outline. Rough notes are fine. You can send existing brochures and materials and we tidy everything up.

2. Three included previews

You receive three complete home page concepts (desktop and mobile) at no extra cost. Most clients find the right direction within these first three versions.

3. If we miss the mark

If none of the first three previews feel close enough, we review what is missing together and you can order extra previews at the published pricing.

  • $295 for three additional previews (98 dollars each)
  • 125 dollars for a single extra preview

Typical project timeline (10–18 business days)

Most sites go live in under three weeks once we have your materials.

1
Day 1–2
Questionnaire & materials
2
Day 3–6
Three home-page previews delivered
3
Day 7–12
Revisions & full site build-out
Day 10–18
Final checks & live launch

Timeline assumes reasonably prompt feedback and materials. We move as fast as you do.

Revisions and copy changes

After you choose a preview, we refine the copy and content together.

About 95% of clients finish comfortably within the three included revision rounds.
  • Included: Up to three consolidated rounds of copy edits, image swaps and minor layout tweaks.
  • Extra rounds: 95 dollars per additional round (always confirmed in writing first).
  • Not a simple change: A completely new layout direction, adding many new pages at once, or building app-like features would be treated as a separate project.

Why these limits exist

They give you plenty of choice and refinement while avoiding endless redesign cycles. If you need something bigger than the base package, we pause, re-scope and quote it properly, so you always know where you stand.

Clear limits of the base package

To avoid misunderstandings, here is what is outside the scope of the standard subscription.

The base package is ideal for professional firms, owner-led companies and B2B businesses that need a clear, credible website to explain who they are, what they do and how to contact or book them.

Not included

  • Full e-commerce platforms with complex product rules, multi-currency or advanced tax logic.
  • Custom web applications, heavy workflow automation or custom databases.
  • Membership sites, paid portals or learning management systems in the base price.
  • Deep integrations with legacy line of business systems or complex APIs.
  • Multi-language sites with separate content sets for each language.
  • Ongoing blog or news article writing as a content service.

Available as add-ons or separate projects

  • E-commerce storefronts, simple portals or light CRM-style dashboards.
  • Landing page bundles for campaigns and paid traffic.
  • Additional page packs beyond the core 8 pages.
  • Multi-language support where you provide translations.
  • Content writing and editing beyond the included refinement.

These items can be scoped and quoted separately so they match your process, compliance needs and budget.

Technical and hosting details

  • Modern, secure hosting environment with SSD storage.
  • Free SSL certificate and automatic renewals.
  • Daily backups with point-in-time restore options.
  • Monitoring for uptime and basic performance.
  • Patching of the underlying platform and security stack.

If you have formal uptime or SLA requirements, we can discuss options that fit regulated or higher-risk environments.

Support and response times

  • Support during normal business hours (US Eastern).
  • Outages and critical issues are treated as emergencies and handled first.
  • Routine content changes are typically scheduled within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Advance notice is given for any planned maintenance.
